Upon arrival at Málaga Airport, collect your rental car and begin your journey through Andalusia. A pleasant 45‑minute drive will take you to the historic town of Antequera, where you will have free time to enjoy a first stroll through its charming old quarter. Settle in and spend the night in Antequera.

Day 2: Exploring Antequera And Visit To Lucena

Today, discover the rich heritage of Antequera. Visit its impressive UNESCO‑listed Dolmens, wander through the ancient Alcazaba, and admire the Royal Collegiate Church of Santa María la Mayor. In the afternoon, take a scenic drive to Lucena, one of the most notable towns in the province of Córdoba, renowned for its vibrant history, baroque architecture, and elegant squares. Stroll through its charming historic center, visit its landmarks, and enjoy the atmosphere of this welcoming Andalusian town before returning to Antequera. Spend the rest of the day at your own pace, soaking up the town’s authentic Andalusian atmosphere.

Day 3: El Torcal And Visit To Ronda

Start the day with a visit to El Torcal Natural Park, one of the most impressive karst landscapes in Europe. Follow one of its signposted trails and enjoy the unique rock formations and panoramic views. Afterwards, continue to Ronda, one of Andalusia’s most iconic towns. Stroll across its spectacular New Bridge, admire the dramatic gorge that divides the city, and explore its charming historic center. After the visit, return to Antequera for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Antequera → Seville

After breakfast, depart for Seville, the vibrant capital of Andalusia. The drive takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy a free afternoon to begin exploring the city. A walk through the Santa Cruz Quarter or along the banks of the Guadalquivir River offers a perfect first impression of Seville.

Day 5: Historic Seville + Afternoon Visit To Carmona

Today is dedicated to Seville’s most iconic landmarks. Visit the magnificent Cathedral and the Giralda, explore the Royal Alcázar, and wander through the charming historic center filled with tradition and lively atmosphere. In the afternoon, continue to Carmona, one of the most beautiful and monumental towns in the province, located just 30 minutes away. Stroll through its historic center, discover the Puerta de Sevilla, its ancient walls, the Plaza de San Fernando, and enjoy exceptional views over the Andalusian countryside from its scenic viewpoints. Return to Seville at the end of the visit.

Day 6: Modern Seville, Triana & Visit To Osuna

Begin the day exploring the modern side of Seville with a visit to the majestic Plaza de España and the expansive María Luisa Park. Continue to the Metropol Parasol, one of the city’s most innovative structures, offering excellent panoramic views from its walkway. Later, cross the river to the lively Triana district, known for its ceramics, traditional taverns, and unique local character. In the afternoon, drive to Osuna, a historic and picturesque town located about an hour from Seville. Known for its elegant baroque architecture, noble palaces, and impressive Colegiata, Osuna offers a wonderful blend of history and charm. Enjoy a relaxing walk through its monumental center before returning to Seville

Day 7: Seville → Mijas

Depart for the picturesque village of Mijas, located approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, enjoy a relaxing afternoon exploring Mijas Pueblo, its traditional whitewashed streets, and stunning viewpoints overlooking the Mediterranean.

Day 8: Malaga: The Capital Of The Costa Del Sol

Alternatively, you may choose to spend the day discovering Málaga, one of the most dynamic and culturally rich cities on the Costa del Sol. Begin your visit in the historic center, where you can explore landmarks such as the Alcazaba, a well‑preserved Moorish fortress offering beautiful gardens and panoramic views over the city and the port. Just below, the Roman Theatre provides a fascinating glimpse into Málaga’s ancient past. Continue to the Cathedral, known for its impressive Renaissance and Baroque architecture, before strolling through the lively streets lined with boutiques, cafés and local shops. Art enthusiasts may also wish to visit one of Málaga’s renowned museums, such as the Picasso Museum or the Carmen Thyssen Museum. In the afternoon, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Muelle Uno, the modern waterfront promenade filled with restaurants, outdoor terraces and sea views. If time allows, relax at La Malagueta Beach, located just a short walk from the port. After the visit, return to Mijas for the night.

Day 9: Mijas & Alhaurín El Grande & Benalmádena

Spend the morning exploring the highlights of Mijas Pueblo, strolling through its charming whitewashed streets, handicraft shops, and scenic viewpoints overlooking the Mediterranean. Afterwards, continue to Alhaurín el Grande, a lively town surrounded by beautiful countryside. In the afternoon, head to Benalmádena, one of the most vibrant destinations on the Costa del Sol. If time permits, relax on one of Benalmádena’s beaches before returning to Mijas for the night.

Day 10: Mijas And Departure To Málaga Airport

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, make your way to Málaga Airport, allowing sufficient time for the journey and vehicle return procedures. Upon arrival, return your rental car at the designated area and proceed to the departure terminal for your flight. This marks the end of your journey through Andalusia.
