Jour 1: Split
Join us to discover Dalmatia! This itinerary is suitable for riders who can ride at the three gaits: you will explore this area by following ancient Roman routes once used by cattle in this beautiful, still rural region. Continuing along the mountains, we will visit the settlements of Svilaj and Moseć; we will immerse ourselves in the local culture through the authentic hospitality of the people we meet, stopping to visit small villages. From Split airport or train station, you will be transferred to the ranch where the adventure begins. Upon request, we can arrange a visit to some UNESCO World Heritage sites, such as the city of Split, with its lively Mediterranean atmosphere, crystal-clear coastline, and the charm of its ancient origins emanating from every corner of its historic center, including the impressive Diocletian’s Palace, a former Roman residence. You can also visit the town of Trogir, a true medieval gem enclosed within its walls on a small island connected to the mainland.
